Privacy policy

• Your account: your email address, name, business name, website, phone number, industry and time zone.
• What you give your AI staff: documents, links, instructions and settings such as forwarding numbers and summary addresses.
• Calls: callers' phone numbers, call recordings, transcripts, summaries, times and lengths.
• Technical data: sign-in records, a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and logs that help us keep the service running and secure.

• to set up and run your AI staff, and to show you your calls;
• to send you sign-in codes, call summaries and service messages;
• to support you, keep the service secure and fix problems;
• to bill you for your plan.

Only with companies that help us run the service, under contracts that limit their use of it: website hosting, our database and private file storage, email delivery, our voice and telephone provider, and payment processing once online billing starts. We share information when the law requires it. We never sell it or use it for advertising.

We process callers' information on behalf of your business, to answer and record calls for you. Your business decides how callers are told about the AI receptionist and call recording, and handles callers' requests about their information; we help when you ask.

We keep your account information while your account is open. Documents, recordings and transcripts stay until you delete them or close your account, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes.

Information travels encrypted. Documents are kept in private storage that is never public on the website, and only you and the people on our team who set up your AI staff can open them.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to close your account, by writing to support@your247staff.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law; we will honour them.
